Easy does it

This software is extremely easy to use. Just put in the disc and the rest will be almost automatic. All you have to do is input the information which you should already have. All of the calculations are accomplished for you. If you have questions, help is just a click away. If the answers confuse you, there are other options, including talking to a real person that knows what's going on.
What's great about it: I liked just about everything. It was so easy.
What's not so great: I did not like the idea that 5 years ago I used a different tax preparation software.It was not as friendly nor accurate

Taxes are a snap

Quick & easy, especially if you've filed using Turbo Tax in previous years (all of your info gets automatically downloaded).
From downloading to filing took me ~45 minutes, and I'm a married homeowner with children.

Almost a 5

This years TurboTax was the easiest to use. Only issue I had is that initially the program had problems saving my return. I had to close program and then reopen it before it would save properly. I am using Windows 8.1 Professional. Not sure but could have been an isssue with the firewall not allowing the program to use resources.
What's great about it: Simple and Easy to follow
What's not so great: Initally Kept Crashing while trying to save

Ever year it gets more streamlined. I like how you can download last years to forms to cut down on filling in info. I have no idea why anybody would may an accountant when this is so easy and affordable.
