I liked being able to walk through every section step by step or being able to choose to skip that section.
What's great about it: remembered my last year's information and addresses

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 7 years or so ! I have never had a problem filing my taxes! Thats why I keep coming back year after year. Easy Quick and simple to use. Gives me peace of mind using your software ! Love it , love it (refund or not !) Joe

Very good at doing the job

I found that the instructions covered everything I needed from the package. Since I used TurboTax last year, the import function was especially valuable, and I found that the instructions about handling that were clear as well. Good package.
What's great about it: Instructions clear; import is an advantage

Great program!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. It makes filing your taxes a breeze. Easy to use and very hard to make a mistake. If you use Quicken, you can import all of your financial and tax data directly into your tax return. I highly recommend Turbo Tax!

Good Experience

I have used TurboTax for 3 years. Always in the past had hired an accountant because as a self employed couple our taxes were very complicated. Hourly workers now and this program is very sufficient. Thanks for your help. Hope our data is not compromised.

Excellent software

I've used TurboTax for several years - I think this is the sixth - and it is wonderful. I like the walk through method employed and the step-by-step inputs help simplify what can be a daunting task. What's especially helpful is the tie-in with "It's Deductible" for in-kind donations. One-off situations do direct you to the IRS publications which can be a bit overwhelming; fortunately, these are few and far between. On-line filing is the only way to go!
What's great about it: User friendly, easy to navigate
What's not so great: Can be short on specifics
