Can't understand why I can't email my state return with u as advertised. your competition is having no trouble
What's great about it: used u for over 5 yrs

Never Go Back

This is the second year using Turbo Tax. I will never use a Tax Preparer again. So, so nice not having to set and wait, I can do it at my convenience.
What's great about it: Simple...Takes away all the guess work

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and love it. When I first started, I was nervous. In reality there was NOTHING to be nervous about, everything went smoothly and I am very happy

Works Well

TC works well for a person of average intelligence. I think I qualify!
I do my taxes and my in-laws who are elderly and can't get out to a tax processor.

What's great about it: Very Complete- Takes the labor out of doing long form or needing an accountant.
What's not so great: None that I find

Overall it was simple and easy to follow the instructions.
What's great about it: It was very easy to follow
What's not so great: The program tells you that you get 1 free state filing but at the end it charges you a processing fee.

Great for those who are cautious

I am a non-math person, but I want to be sure my tax returns are A+. Turbo Tax gave me the confidence to do it myself and be sure that I am filing correctly. It takes a load off my mind to have the security of their guidance as I go through the process. Thanks, Turbo Tax. Now I can go on and enjoy the rest of the year knowing the 'dreaded' taxes are done - and done right!
What's great about it: Step by step walk through makes sure everything is covered

I E filed my federal return and I opted to file my state return by mail,when I go to print my state return the only copy available to me has do not file all over it. This is unacceptable! I will not purchase this product again

Turbotax will accurately guide you through the whole process of doing your taxes while letting you go back to make adjustments where you see fit.
Every one of my friends and family now use Turbotax. Its simple to use but does all the complex calculations in the background so you know its right.
Also If you accidentally mistype an amount like I did, Turbotax catches it surprising fast before you file or continue to the next section which I like a lot about this product.
