Could Anything Be More Simple?

After making mistakes on my taxes three of four years, I have been using TurboTax for the last four years without a single negative issue. The program walks you through step-by-step and double checks everything. I have great confidence that my taxes are done correctly - and it took well under two hours start to finish.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, understandable.
What's not so great: Not that I am aware of.

A big help

I've been preparing income tax forms for 67 years now,, my returns are simpler, but I still appreciate the 'walk through' feature of TurboTax. It does help me remember things I may overlook, and I don't have to worry about studying the tax laws. I've been using the programs for many years, and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Efficient, jogs memory, covers all basics

Taxes for 2014

I've been using Turbo Tax for the past few years and will continue to use it. This was the first year I had any difficulty. I had to call for technical support. The good news is they were able to help me e-file my return.
What's great about it: Best part is being able to walk through the returns step by step
What's not so great: Difficulty in e-filing

Fantastic Program

I've used the program for years and can't say anything bad about it - it makes my end of year job with taxes so easy. It is worth more than what one pays for it.
What's great about it: The step by step is so easy.
What's not so great: Only one thing - Couldn't minimize forgotten ID pop-up window to get to my emails.

Easy and Helpful

I would most definitely recommend Turbo Tax to anyone because they walk you through the whole process and will help you find any deductions. It is laid out extremely well and easy to use. I'm not a numbers guy and was able to do it.
What's great about it: They walk you through everything
What's not so great: Taxes stink and take forever

Charges unacceptable

I doubt if we'll be buying this software/service again next year when other products do not charge for everything! I've used TurboTax for many years and have never had to pay the fees that I have had to pay this year. Enough is enough!

Easy-Peasy- not a taxing situation

Very well written process. I was able to complete the filing within 90 minutes. Thank you for making the process of filing taxes easy, quick, and painless!
What's great about it: Uploaded data from last year- asked simple questions made the process easy
What's not so great: Kept going to the top of the checklist everytime i finished a section. Default to the current location

always good

I've been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. It has been easy to follow each year in spite of changes to the tax law. I trust that they have incorporated these changes and that nothing is left out.
What's great about it: easy to follow - good explanations
What's not so great: not seeing the forms until the end
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
