Federal OK but Ohio return was wrong

TurboTax did not transfer my medical expenses from the federal return into my Ohio return correctly. It transferred a $0 amount and I could not correct it. Maybe Turbo's instructions were incorrect...instead of asking for just the HC insurance premiums I paid, it needed to ask BOTH premiums and expenses? Odd, because I entered them OK in the federal return. So, I could not use TurboTax for my Ohio state return and needed to fill out a paper return.
What's great about it: brought over data from previous year
What's not so great: Ohio return transferred Fed medical expenses incorrectly

Excellent, been using TurboTax for nearly 30 years

I've been using TurboTax for nearly 30 years. It's been a great run thus far. When I first retired from the Army in 1994 TurboTax did not know how to deduct my military retirement from my Mississippi state taxes (MS does not tax military retirement). By 1995 this was corrected, with no hiccups since.
I've been using Quicken for nearly as long, and the way they marry up in wonderful .

What's great about it: Worry free, takes care of everything

I love doing my taxes

This is the 8th year I've used Turbo Tax. Not only do I feel confident that we get the maximum refund every year, but I also feel educated about the income tax process and how the IRS actually works.
What's great about it: SO easy. Walks you through everything.
What's not so great: This year, had to wait for forms updates.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

this is great. I love it. I have used others but turbo tax is by far the best. i had an issue with my computer not wanting to get the state done and i called and once I dialed the correct number (yeah my fault i dialed the wrong number) they helped me and walked me though everything. they were so nice and great. Thanks for another easy year of filing taxes

I've been using Turbo Tax since the beginning and it just keeps getting better all the time.
What's great about it: Makes doing my taxes a breeze.
What's not so great: Does not come with any winning lottery numbers

Close, But No Cookie

Everything went well until I was finishing the State tax section. Then it kept going back to re-start the State section instead of continuing to the next and final section.
What's great about it: Quick & Easy to Understand
What's not so great: Program Looped on State.
