Quick and easy.

I did my own taxes in just over an hour. When I used to go somewhere else to have my taxes done it would take twice as long and I would pay 4 times as much. Turbo Tax is great!

State return

Something went wrong with your state efile. Kept saying to delete personal information and then it said to enter it. What was going on. VERY frustrating. I paid for this headache!
What's not so great: TurboTax would not efile State tax it kept saying to delete State personal information and then Turbo Tax said to enter

Best tax program

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. Makes doing taxes not so troublesome. It does the work for you.
What's great about it: EZ tax filing ever! 15th year.
What's not so great: Didn't carry over state refund.

Excellent Product

I have used other tax products and personal tax consultants in the past. Turbo tax is comparable to the other products and is just as concise a a tax consultant. I have had my turbo tax documents checked and they have always been spot on.
What's great about it: Fast and easy to use. Very detailed. Catches everything I might miss.
What's not so great: The updating each time you open the software, takes a few minutes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent Refund program

I was able to complete the information in less than 30 minutes going through the step by step that is offered and seeing that my refund was being maximized. Great program.
What's great about it: Easy to do and fast.
What's not so great: Absolutely none.
