A little frustrating this year

All was fine this year, however very frustrating as some sort of circular error kept telling me to input child dependent care when it said i was not qualified. Please fix this.

This is my 9th year doing my own taxes and once again Turbo Tax made it simple and pain free.
What's great about it: simple follow the prompts and skip to do your own

I like refunds!

I donate a lot of items to a dog rescue that I volunteer with and the itemized section of the donation calculator does not list a lot of options for items that would be donated. The listed items are mostly for human needs.
I have used TurboTax for about 10yrs now and love it!! Quick, easy and I get my money back quick!
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use.
What's not so great: Need to list more options for donations to animal rescues.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. It is always very easy and I get my biggest refund each year.

Easy and straightforward

Love the step-through process; from start-to-finish, including a long list of deductions, it required approximately one hour.
What's great about it: Step-by-step walkthrough; great explanations
What's not so great: Scrolling down when going through 9 or 10 steps.

Pension

The software is not user friendly for those clients that have a Federal pension which is not taxable to NYS. You should have at least a question area asking if the pension is taxable to NYS, and then a line input for the amount.

Great product, poor business model

Great job again on delivering and easy to use product to collect and file our taxes!
Very displeased with the business model that you have embarked on in product line-up/cost structure and the hidden "add-on" fee for "processing" my refund.
Very deceptive and following poor business models from the transportation industry of "add-on" fees late in the transaction process!
What's great about it: Preaparing and filing was a breeze again! Good job on the technical and execution of this yearly duty.
What's not so great: Very unhappy about business decision and lack of clarity in; product line-up & cost 2) hidden refund processing fees
