I absolutely love TurboTax!

What's great about it: Provides you with the maximized refund!!
What's not so great: zero cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This years program was not up to par with past years.
What's great about it: none
What's not so great: VERY hard to work !!!!!!! One mistake was not undoable!!!!!!

Great Product!!!

Everything went great and I have been using Turbo Tax for years. The biggest issue with Turbo Tax is their price is always quite a bit higher for the software than any other tax product out there. They also had way too many to pick from this year. I would like to see them lower their cost on the product.
With that said it was still very easy to use and get a quick refund!!
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step!!!
What's not so great: Quite a bit more expensive than the others out there.

Blasted Through!

The process is quick and "holds my hand" to go through both the 1040 and several schedules/forms.
What used to be an all-weekend evolution now takes only a couple of hours.

What's not so great: Having to come up with a nickname to submit a review that hasn't "already been take by another reviewer."

Always Great

This year's software for some reason did not like the continuous updates and at times the program wouldn't restart after the update. I would have to re-boot my PC for it to work. Overall, the program delivered. I have been a TurboTax user since the 90's.
What's great about it: Indepth explanations of convoluted tax codes
What's not so great: Program updates

Quick and Easy

I have been using TurboTax since 1993 - It's fast and reliable. The software takes you through all entries and makes sure nothing is missing. Much better than a temporary hire at a seasonal tax service!
