What's great about it: Step-by-step instructions are easy to understand.
What's not so great: Slight confusion on "various" for donation dates of goods.

Smooth Integration

We used TurboTax again this year, even after reading the many negative reviews. The changes didn't affect our situation, and we decided to stick with what we know. Happily, we got the job done with no issues. 10+ years with TurboTax and still a believer.
What's great about it: Imported from last year seamlessly
What's not so great: State Fraud Scare
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2014 Turbo Tax Review

I love the product period. I would like to suggest since Turbo Tax can import your last years tax information-that it should also be able to get your AIG number for us. Maybe with a few security questions answered.. Just no questions about last years returns-because if last years returns were right in front of us we could find the number ourselves. That would help alot.

Things went well. Some confusion on my City filing but I expected this.
I am upset about the adds saying Fed and State free filing.
I was required to pay 20.00 to complete the process and file my state return. This is not right. I bought my cd at Sams Club. Why was I charged?
Maybe a question before you buy?

Long time user of turbo tax

This year it went very smoothly as it has all the previous 10 plus years I have been using turbo tax. I would recommend this to all Tax payers, it is very easy and straight forward. If you are getting a net return of funds on your taxes there is not faster way to do it. I started at 6 am this morning and was done with a fully transmitted federal & state tax return by 7 am.
What's great about it: went very smoothly all items covered
