Generally easy to use until the Foreign Tax Credit. Thanks to the TurboTax pros who walked me through it over the phone.

I love the convenience ot doing my own taxes, and it is fast and easy with the help of Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I love how you walk me through each item.
What's not so great: Can't think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I really like the ease and clarity of using Turbo Tax. I have used it for four years now and it works well for me.

Have used Turbo Tax for so many years. Only tax program I will use. Everything is explained in "normal" terms to the novice person doing their taxes. Very quick to get a response when submitting your forms. Will use again next year.
What's great about it: Very Convienent
What's not so great: we owed...again : (

Keeps getting better

I've been using TurboTax for more than 20 years (I started with 3.25-inch floppies). It has gotten very, very good over the years. Questions are easy to answer in step-by-step process; the link to online brokerage services is seamless. I will continue to use TurboTax and highly recommend it.
