Quick and Easy

This makes taxes easy for me and cost effective. There are no headaches involved.
What's great about it: Makes my taxes fun
What's not so great: Alot to go through,but that has nothing to do with turbo tax

2014 Taxes

You still have to read the questions, can't just skip through and think you've gotten it all. I always go back and review and have my husband sit with me and in doing that, we sometimes catch stuff. But overall, I love Turbo Tax and have been using it for years. Thank you for the improvements!
What's great about it: Seems to be more simplified
What's not so great: Of course you still have to read!

I love TurboTax!

It's so easy to step through each section and answer questions, entering all of your information. TurboTax does the work to figure out what you qualify for and what extra forms are needed. I've never had a more straightforward tax experience and will use TurboTax every year if I can. It takes the pain out of tax-time!

Get You Act Together

Filing taxes is pretty serious business. The confusion between buying the Deluxe vs Premier versions this year in comparison to prior years and then the fraud issues with the State filings, Turbo Tax is losing its credibility. If you lose your credibility your done as a business.
