Easy, complete and thorough

I'm neither a tax guy or an accountant but found the instructions easy to understand. They are written in non-technical language making comprehension immediate. Each year when I file the Federal and state returns, I feel confident that it is correct and complete. It geves me a sense of satisfaction of being able to do it myself and know it is correct.
What's great about it: All instrructios were easy to follow and appeared complete and thorough
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Exceptional Service!

I have been using TurboTax for years and will continue to do so. They provide a complete selecton of options and information to back them up. This system makes filing taxes easy.
What's great about it: Right to the point questions
What's not so great: Took a little longer to get started this year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and thorough

The collection of data was quick and thorough. As long as you've compiled all your data prior to entering information into the program, your time spent will be fairly short.
What's great about it: Data was acquired quickly
What's not so great: Missed finding the spouse section of 1099's

the only confusion was reporting my pension which is not taxable in the state of pa.

Stephanie was of great help to me! I appreciated it! I'm not good at taxes at all and I don't know what I would have done without her help. Please reward her! She deserves it. I forget the second woman's name that I talked to but she was of extra help on top of what Stephanie helped with. I appreciated them both. Thank you!
