This is the fourth year I've used TurboTax and it makes my job of filing federal and state taxes very easy. I will NEVER go back to doing taxes by hand!
What's great about it: Ease of use, completeness, help readily available
What's not so great: None that I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Solid Product

I've been using TT for many years now. Never had a single software issues with OS, or computers (used both Mac and PC versions). Never audited and the process is always smooth.
What's great about it: Works well every year
What's not so great: Not free

The Deluxe version was easy to use when preparing uncomplicated return. It does not include any stock sales or purchases. The Premier version is needed for complex returns.
What's great about it: User friendly screens and questions.
What's not so great: Did not easily print copy of returns.

Good product. Like the carry over items from the previous year. Would like to see the amount of money spent on turbo tax during the reporting year posted in the software so we do not have to search for this info each year.
What's great about it: easy to use.
What's not so great: did have some issues with accessing turbo tax on my computer after I downloaded. Most likly my error.

Money grab required to buy premium turbo tax in order to take federal tax payment out of my state return.May consider a different tax program.Ther eare numerous complaints online for this practice.It is already one of the highest priced tax software available.
What's great about it: eeasy to use as 2013

I have used turbo tax for many years in a row with very few compilations. I cant ever see myself using any other software. I love,It is so easy to follow.

My state no longer accepts Turbo Tax for filing this year because people are able to access and submit fraudulent turbo tax returns. I already bought Turbo Tax so that was a bummer to hear.
