Some Concerns with TurboTax

While this is my second year in using TurboTax, not sure I am getting the max refunds. TurboTax doesnot seem to be very easy to use to deduct miles drive for business as related to expenses. While I get a report from the school of my mileage driven for the year and reimbursemet, the form used to input the information is difficult; the work sheet should be easier.
What's great about it: Generally very helpful with additional information .
What's not so great: TurboTax does not provide enought help on use of car for business.

Great Experience

5th straight year I have used this software and it gets easier and quicker each time. really a simple and pleasant experience, and I never thought I would say that about filing State and Federal Taxes.
What's great about it: Very easy abnd apparently very accurate

Did now like that everytime one saved updatine, it added an icon to the desktop and on another time it wanted one to save in a file (document). This was never before an issue. Also having no business as one retired it never made it simple to delete the business aspect of this years filing. I used the Delux version rather than the Home and Business version. It even wanted to review this aspect as a issue just prior to the filing submission . In the future May consider another Tax Program since I found this years program not as friendly in it's use completing the taxes

Turbo Tax Review

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. It is a very easy tool to use. Love the e-filing. Love that it captures previous years information.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, like step by step instructions

GOT IT DONE

Turbo Tax makes it so simple. It pulls the information for you from year to year. It's Deductible makes is easy to track your deductions during the year and pulls the info to your tax form.
What's great about it: Easy and simple to follow

End Problems

this is a good product that I have been using and will probably continue to use. I wish it would be easy to save a copy of the return to my own hard drive. Maybe I am missing something simple, but I am not a computer geek.
What's great about it: for the most part, it is easy and fast to use
What's not so great: I was unable to simply add a copy of the finished return to my hard drive for my own, easy to access and read purposes

Why I won't use Turbotax again

I don't like surprises, especially when doing my taxes. Even though I filed my taxes I'm not confident that 'your actions'
