It would be great if the software would have the icon for the next page at the bottom and the top of each screen. Other than that great job!
What's great about it: The Software is Easy to use!

2014 Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo tax for 20 years and always am very satisfied. It is easy to use and quick. Turbo tax is helpful with questions to clarify entries made.
What's great about it: easy to use and thourough
What's not so great: can't think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I needed to change from a CD to download, and the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful. everything went exactly as he said it would - months later, when the new year came around!

A couple steps were confusing. I had to enter my health insurance up front with the 1099R. I wasn't sure I would see it later but it did pop up in the insurance section. It is very cumbersome to enter non-monetary deductions. They don't fit a lot of what I donated so had to kind of make things come out like my donation receipts.
What's great about it: I like the step by step.
What's not so great: Hard to list non-monitary deductions
