Its simple ,easy, and fast
What's great about it: found lots of deductions , guided me through the process
What's not so great: none that I found
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Oh, So Easy!

Have used Turbo Tax for years, except once when I tried something else (boy was that a mistake), and it just keeps getting better and easier! Thanks for simplifying the way we do taxes.

2015 issues

The integrity of the program is lost. Several issues with the Minnesota state program did not work well. the M1PR form was not working properly. Mixed messages were provide for updates and when the form could be filed. Federal form worked fine. I still am not sure the State of Mn has accepted my efile. Credibility is important and based on news stories you have lost it this year. It is the first year I will not automatically renew your program. Do something to regain my trust.
What's great about it: easy to work through the tax forms
What's not so great: integrity of program is at question

Still the TOP Tax software

I bought H & R Block to start this year because of the forms that were not included in Turbo tax but after comparing it to last years return I went back & bought Turbo Tax. The difference in the return was double that of H & R Block because of my home office deductions that were not even brought up in the software. I am staying with Turbo tax from here on out.
What's great about it: ease and detail of use
