Pretty Smooth

Had a fairly simple return this year so most went smoothly. Software is not yet final (e.g. I now have multiple paper copies but never got to the screen to get a pdf copy--5Feb2015) but I had to file early for the FAFSA. Next year will be more tricky since I'll have college deductions.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to follow
What's not so great: Still some glitches
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We have been using Turbo Tax, 5 years now and this was the easiest.
What's great about it: The guided layout is more comfortable than sitting with an accouttant.
What's not so great: An error scares you, but Turbo Tax points it out.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

To Easy Return for 2014

This years TurboTax is by far the easiest and quickest since I started using TurboTax ten years ago. I have never been audited in the ten years and have had a number of changes in income and deductions that TurbTax easily calculated. I would highly recommend to anybody.
What's great about it: How quickly the program transitioned from section to section.

Simple, easy to use. Even finding needed info was easy. I did have a little problem, but that was cleared up with the help section of Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: All instructions were easy to follow.
What's not so great: Some parts took longer to understand.
