Right price for my present needs, directions are easy to follow and to understand and most of alll ...It is computer friendly.
This is the third year I am using Turbo Tax...and It has been working fine for me.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Affordable care act

The explanation was unclear to me that I will have to file a special exemption to defer a penalty when both of us had insurance more than 6 months of the year. Who is going to send me the paperwork? Was it already done by Turbo Tax. Last year the law said we were ok as long as we had insurance for at least 6 months of the year and wouldn't get a penalty.

Dreaded Tax Time

I have used Turbo Tax for filing my tax returns every year going back to 2001. I also prepare tax returns for most everyone in my family, and the program is relevant to each taxpayer. Upgrades are easy when necessary.
What's great about it: Easy interview style of questions make preparing my taxes comfortable and less scary.
What's not so great: None for me

I have used Turbo Tax for helping my family for many, many years! I love it! I tried one time to use a different product one time and it was so hard to understand. I went right out and got Turbo Tax again! I only use Turbo Tax!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over a decade and in my opinion there is no other tax program for me. I have always been totally satisfied.
