I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I would NEVER do it any other way.
What's great about it: It is so easy and complete!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Awesome Program

My parents just retired after 33 years as tax professionals and they have done my taxes for many of those 33 years, I was very nervous about taking it over but Turbo Tax rocked it. Awesome program.

Pretty easy to use, did take 2 hours to complete

Overall Turbo tax was very easy to use. Federal filing was easy and straight forward. State filing right at the end, we had a error on Form PIT-RC line 12 had to change the gross income and then it worked. it was hard to find a answer online for it.
All in all it all worked out and was able to file and submit it right away.
I would recommend turbo tax. I feel like it did save money, we normally had paid someone to file out taxes in the past.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything
What's not so great: State filing had a error and was hard to figure out

I love the ability to use the walkthrough when I have unique situations year to year and also the ability to jump to topics when things are simple.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, helpful step by step when I need it!

I have been using turbo tax for a couple years now and my mom has been using it longer. We always have a smooth tax experience and it always is easy.
What's great about it: Quick, simple, and helpful, step by step

I have been using TurboTax for 10 years. Many life circumstances have changed through the years and Turbo Tax has kept up! I love using this program.
What's great about it: Very Detailed for every situation
