Trouble with the State

Federal return went smoothly but had trouble downloading California State return. Once I accomplished that (how I don't know) I was home free!
What's great about it: Took all my data and produced a perfect return.
What's not so great: Had trouble downloading the California State Returns

As most disgruntled customers are saying: you should not change the forms suported all previous years & then ask additional money to upgrade the program to include the missing forms. Otherwise the software is easy to use, as has been the case for many years.
What's great about it: Easy to follow Easy Step instructions
What's not so great: Changed the number of forms suported for e-filing

I have been using Turbo Tax for 5-6 years now and have complete confidence in it. It points out mistakes or something over looked by saying lets review this, are you sure this is correct etc. I'll continue to use and tell friends to use Turbo Tax. Thanks

2014 refund

i used this service last year and it was great this year it couldn't find my last years returns even after i went into browse and open the pdf. file it just wouldn't work . then it wouldn't import my w-2's and the last thing it said i had an account but when i tried to open it wrong password or username which i just got from you . this whole process took a lot longer than last years
What's great about it: download went smooth
What's not so great: wouldnt import my w-2
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 8 years now and its my go-to every year for my taxes. I can take my time, save, exit and go back into it and not have to worry about having to go into a tax place to have them done in a rush.
