Very good product. Helps navigate the tax laws to get me the biggest refund possible.
What's great about it: Importing data from the previous year sped the process up a lot!

Turbo tax went the extra mile to make sure I could understand each step clearly. It wasn't just answer the question, but it explained why the question was being asked. Love it!

I have returned to Turbo Tax for several years now. Used a tax accountant for several years when my life was more complicated. This year's version seems easier than ever before. I even used the efile option this year instead of mailing it. It was quite easy also.
What's great about it: Ease of use

Can be better

I have used TurboTax for several years. It has always been easy to use. I would like each section to be at the top of the page instead of at the bottom. It is very irritating to have to scroll down to the next section.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Having to scroll down everytime you go to another section.
