Why did you change it?

I used it because I am familiar and simplicity. Why did you change it? It will not do stock sells why? Leave it alone
What's great about it: It worked as designed
What's not so great: Did not do what it did all the years because you changed it

Totally Awesome!

Great program and overall easy to use. Just wish some of the answers to questions (such as explaining 30% charitable deductible) were more in layman terms. Its a bit frustrating when it takes a while to decipher an explanation. Fantastic program otherwise!!!!
What's great about it: Walked me through withdrawing a 401 early
What's not so great: Doesn't always bring answers to questions in layman terms

Good experience

I have been using TurboTax for the last few years and prefer it to other tax software. I am concerened about not having some of the forms that used to be included in the version I use, but this has not affected me this year. Next year if I sell some stock I may have to check into which package I will need. Hopefully by than TurboTax will get this problem sorted out so I can continue to use the same version I have always used.

Downloading W2 info was quick and made me feel like it was done correctly eliminating any mistakes I may have made manually

Ease and Confidence

Such a great product. I use TurboTax every year, and am pleased with it every time. It is just so simple to use and I am so thankful I don't have to take all my paperwork into an accountant. I really like how TurboTax searches to find me the best deductions and credits, and ultimately gets me the best refund. Thanks.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Explainations for thing I didn't understand. Good walkthroughs
