Everything is great but the check out process

Great product I use every year. It has never let me down no matter the changes in my life. buy a house, selling property, death of a family matter, kids in school. Its all covered
What's great about it: Easy to understand, easy to follow, always a way to get more info if needed
What's not so great: the checkout process is crazy. I had an account and could not retrieve my password it was ridiculous

Night and Day

This time of year was always dreaded...not so much by what I might have to pay for taxes but what I had to pay for preparation. Then there was the need for the appointment, the gathering of materials and hoping I got it all in one trip, the hope that the weather( not always cooperative in Michigan) wouldn't require me to reschedule, etc Now I do it all at home and it's quick, convenient and such a load off my mind for another year. I was not too confident the first time I used Turbo Tax but after that first one, I was resolved to continue with this program from here on out. Thank you for such a great product
What's great about it: fAST CONVENIENT AND SAFE
What's not so great: just some confusion about definitions of various pension plans and where I fit.

So easy!

Since I've been retired, this is the only way to file. I just keep my 1099s and the .pdf file. I can take my time because my return is saved. I don't have to do everything all at once like I would if I went to an office. I start my return and then as the 1099s come in I update my return. So easy!
What's great about it: All of my questions were answered in the software. It is organized and walked be through the whole process.
What's not so great: I can't think of any.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great tax prep program

As a former tax preparer, I've compared Turbo Tax to the returns I did by hand - it's accurate, complete, and fast. The post-prep review is handy and very complete. Haven't yet found any other tax program I would rate higher.
What's great about it: Easy, step-by-step walk thru.
What's not so great: none

Goodl Job Again!

Although I have used Turbo tax for years and your records show my past returns, I was unable to get the system to let me in for my non-monetary charitable contributions. Fortunately, they would not impact my return.
What's great about it: Thorough, easy to use for a non-tech senior.
What's not so great: Unable to access "It's deductible"
