Turbo Tax Deluxe

I've used Turbo Tax more than any other tax software since I've been doing my taxes. It just works and produces a tax return you can trust. The only issue I ran into was when I tried to see if sales taxes were a viable option (they weren't) it took a little effort on my part to remove the worksheet which was getting flagged in the error checking phase. Fortunately, I had a good idea of which worksheet I needed to remove and found it in a moment or two. Otherwise, another flawless tax preparation.
What's great about it: Very clean interface, no more buttons or functions presented than needed.
What's not so great: Removing worksheets could be streamlined

Good Software

Turbo tax was very simple to use and walked you through each step easily. I have been using Turbo Tax for about ten years now and have seen it evolve each year. Every year it gets better. I plan on using it again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use with no errors
What's not so great: none found other than its tax season

Goes through the steps in logical order with excellent information about the entries and information about the available choices just a click away.
What's great about it: User friendly, refined information.and ease of navigation
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Where's the Beef?

Why limit the number of e-files? We paid dearly for use of a product for a short time that has a limited life utility. Since the IRS wants all forms to be e-filed, I would think you would want to support this and not try to gouge more money out of your customers. Please respond.

PS: I have purchased Turbo Tax every year since 1995!
What's great about it: easy to navigate, follow, and calculations seem to be correct.
What's not so great: Why limit the number of e-files? We paid dearly for use of the pdt.

Easiest Filing Ever!

Turbo Tax is the easiest and fastest way to complete your taxes. They do all the work for you. They guide you through each step of the process and offer suggestions when appropriate. It is easy to correct mistakes and you can always go back to a previous area to make corrections or edit your work. E-filing has never been so easy. I have been using Turbo Tax for over ten years and love it. Going paperless definitely has it's advantages.
