Well, another year of getting our taxes filed and ACCEPTED. We
have used TURBO TAX for about 8 years. It is the very best tax
program on the market. We love doing our own taxes using

What's great about it: It's Is sooo easy to follow the instructions, with great help.
What's not so great: One needs to take the TIME to injest all the information and help.

stable for federal but problem in state print fili

Under some circumstances, I cannot use e-filing for my state (illinois). But when I tried to print my tax return, I saw watermarks (Do Not File, Form Not Final). Federal e-filing return had no problem, however, "State File by Mail" is not correctly working even after several updates.

Fast and Easy

I like doing my own taxes at home because I can find anything I might be missing. I can also drag the process out for a couple of weeks, etc., if I get tired of working on it.
What's great about it: Private and easy.

This is the best Tax software we've ever used. This is our 7th year in a row using turbo tax and have never been audited and returns always submitted error free!
What's great about it: The step by step help is amazing. Even a caveman can do it with TurboTax!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy

I've been using turbotax for as long as we've been able to load it to our computers. I've never had an issue since I've started plus its a heck of a lot cheaper then going to H&R Block who ripped me off by charging for every little thing they did plus I had to pay for my ex's tax's, yes this was years ago but still left a stain that will never go away.
Try it, you'll be surprised on how easy it is.
