Very helpful program. Ive used turbo tax for the last 6 years and it has always made it an easy way to complete my taxes.

This was our first year using Turbo Tax. It was very easy to input all of our information, and we are satisfied with the results. Knowing that Turbo Tax got us the maximum refund puts our worries to rest. It wasn't intrusive, I filled it out at home, which made it so much easier to balance my time. Thank you Turbo Tax, see you next year!
What's great about it: Easy to use, simplified process, no problems, cheaper than H&R Block!!
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2014 Tax Preparation review

Why collect all those detailed deductions when with the standard deduction, all that data is not needed.
What's great about it: Fast, easy to understand, covers all the bases.
What's not so great: It asks for all deatiled deductions even tho I took standard deduction.

I have been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years now and this was the first year I had a problem loading the new disk. I started to panic and get frustrated, but I calmed down, I went to the Turbo Tax website and was linked to a great representative named Earnest who helped me get up and running in a fairly short amount of time. I finished and filed my returns in about an hour. Turbo Tax really does give you ease and peace of mind.

Quick and Easy

Really easy to go from screen to screen and still keep track of where you are. At any time you can save and exit and come back later to exactly where you ended. The running calculation is nice to see. The history of the last 5 years is reassuring that nothing was skipped.
