Nice product

Overall, I loved Turbo Tax. Only problem I had is trying to figure out what area to locate information on prior tax return to use on current tax form. It would help if they tell you what box to look on for previous return. In my case, Prior Maryland Tax. I wasn't sure where to locate and what specifically it was asking for.
What's great about it: Walked you through process carefully
What's not so great: Sometime I had trouble located prior tax information.

I use TurboTax every year for the last 5 or 6 years. It is always a breeze and i don't have to tell my personal information to a complete stranger. If i do have a problem or question, the people in tech support can easily help get me back on track. I will continue to use TurboTax every time i do my taxes!
What's great about it: Easy to use, program guides you through everything.
What's not so great: Had some trouble connecting to the payment site.

Turbo tax gets it done. Easy to understand and simple to follow all the confusing government requirements!

Great tool to use and I always have peace of mind in the end knowing they were done quickly and efficiently. Love the feature that compares last years total to the new total for easy comparisons.
What's great about it: Liked the community support links
What's not so great: Sometimes would be nice to work directly with a professional

This software saved a lot of time and money. I would recommend Turbo Tax to all family and friends.
What's great about it: Step by step was easy to follow.
What's not so great: Need to add rules for 401K.

I have used Turbo Tax for at least a decade and have found it extremely easy to use. Questions are answered and guidance provided. Confusion is kept to a minimum.

What's not so great: Haven't found anything I don't like
