Great Job

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and have had nothing but good things to say about it and how easy it is to do. I don't think you will find a better tax preparation program any where. I will continue to use Turbo Tax for as long as I do taxes.
What's great about it: GREAT
What's not so great: NOTHING

Mostly good

There seems to have been changes made from previous years Turbo Tax. I couldn't find a way to view all my and my wife's 1099Rs in one place. I seem to remember that was possible in previous versions.
What's great about it: easy to input data
What's not so great: Can not see all 1099Rs in one place

Print feature stops working occasionally

Overall a good product with decent price. Some questions confuse me.
What's great about it: Use every year
What's not so great: This year program buggy. Hangs up now and then.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Product, But ...

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and this is the first time I've had ANY problems with it. It wanted to update the version when I went to E-File the return, but when I selected to Check for Updates it stated it was up to date. Tried to use help service and first time they hung up when they called back (call back due to long wait time) so I had to try again. Their suggestion was to manually update, but it made no difference. I had to uninstall and then manually edit the registry to remove ALL references to Turbo Tax before a re-install finally worked.
What's great about it: Easy to use; imports my tax and deductions from Quicken
What's not so great: Had trouble getting it to file, wanted to update an up-to-date version.

It took less than an hour to fill out information and file. Did not stress me out this year!

There seems to be bug in the SSN entry. It dsplays "Invalid Number" even though the number is valid. It does accept the SSN number.
What's great about it: Its very easy to move through the program

The Only Way to File is with Turbo Tax

I cannot imagine using any other tax software or company for my tax filing. Turbo Tax is secure and my information is never shared with others. When I e-file my forms to the federal and state offices with a single click, I do not have any reservations or hesitation. Completed both federal and state and e-filed in about an hour.
What's great about it: Software is very user friendly.
What's not so great: None
