Because of the changes this year i will not use TurboTax again
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Deluxe version should have 1 free state

More User Friendly

Have used turbo tax for many years and putting the "relevant form" at the bottom left corner really helped with knowing where the info that you are inputting is going. Also informing about what was coming up made some kinds of forms less confusing ex. 1099-R, 1099-DIV etc. Really was a great experience all that being said.
What's great about it: Changes in format was more user friendly
What's not so great: Charitable donations with multiple donations to same place was different.

Just about everyone has some interest to report. Taking schedule B out was not to smart.
What's great about it: Very fast and easy

LONGTIME USER OF TURBOTAX

I'VE BEEN USING TORBOTAX SINCE IT FIRST BECAME AVAILABLE. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN EASY TO USE AND GETS QUICKER EVERY YEAR. I WAS ABLE TO IMPORT 4 OF THE 5 W-2'S THIS YEAR. IT ONLY TOOK ME 10 MINUTES FROM START TO E-FILE TRANSMISSION. I'VE ONLY BEEN AUDITED ONCE AND THAT TOOK ONLY 30 MINUTES AND I HAD NO ISSUES. I LOVE TURBOTAX. MY MOM WAS A PROFESSIONAL TAX PREPARER AND SHE LOVES TURBOTAX TOO.
What's great about it: SO QUICK & EASY TO USE
What's not so great: NONE

It's ok

For what we needed it for it worked for now, we shall find out later. Living in one state and having retirement from another state plus a W-2 from another state, I had to do it twice before it figured it out. I knew it was wrong. Maybe or most probably something I did, but had to do it twice to get it right. Glad I caught it, and glad I never ended up an accountant. Just like your questions at the end. We rent in Florida our home is Arizona and the home we own is in Arizona. Tucson, Arizona!!!!! Intuit?
What's great about it: Have been using it for years.
What's not so great: Too many vague questions in many areas, plus all the changes you made.

Complicated taxes made easy!

Tax season is a complicated, stressful ordeal. That's why I gladly use TurboTax year after year. Look into the correct product that will include the tax forms that apply to your situation, and let TurboTax walk you through the process. Thank you for a reliable product!
What's great about it: It is very easy to provide information needed
What's not so great: e-file can be expensive if you don't mail in your state taxes

I like it!!

I love not trying to tell a third party what I consider my business. I feel my Turbo Tax is soooo much more reliable than one little old lady who does taxes once a year for pin money. They just don't have the resources to keep up to date. I know my Turbo Tax does. I know what is relevant to save during the year and what purchases are to my tax advantage. I no longer have a silly box of receipts filling my desk and files. Thanks Everyone, I'm one little old lady that is in control and loves it. See you next year---------Kate
What's great about it: Easy, thorough, Keeps me up to date on what is and is not worth saving for tax ttime.
What's not so great: Oh come on, what's not to like? Get real.

What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: extra fee for electronic filing of state
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
