Simple process. Walks you through all tax forms

Have used for several years now-a lot better then other tax software
What's great about it: Very simple-does work for you.
What's not so great: None !!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Wish it were more

I would like to more easily go between pages. When I want to change something it seems cumbersome. I do feel confident about the figures.
What's great about it: feel confident of results
What's not so great: changes are confusing. some areas are difficult to navigate.

I've been using TurboTax for years and I have never had any issues whats so ever. TurboTax has always gotten me the biggest returns far better than my tax guy did several years ago. I have never look back and always count on TurboTax. Keep up the good work and thank you much$$$$
What's great about it: Fast, accurate, ability to go back.
What's not so great: Ahhhhh

Easiest filing ever!

i was leary at first in filing my taxes using Turbo Tax, but the step-by-step instructions make it easy. Turbo Tax found deductions i never would of thought of. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Walks you through every deduction possible, clear and concise

TT continues to improve the process of completing a tax return since I began using 8 years ago. I would like to see a direct response to questions rather than a general response.
What's great about it: Step by step method through the categories
What's not so great: Response to questions given in a general answer. Be more specific!! Charge to file state return too high.

Great Customer Satisfaction

The ease and use of this product is 10 out of 10. I also must commend the customer service representatives. I was charged a fee for filing my state return when it was suppose to be free. The customer service representative stayed on the phone with me the entire time ultimately fixing or bring resolution to my issue, which took about 30 minutes, she also walked through multiple steps to ensure my refund of state filing fees was returned. Excellent!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use, /Customer Service is Impecable
What's not so great: No Cons
