For years, we paid for an accountant to do our taxes for us; ever since we've used Turbo Tax, we have been able to do it all ourselves! It makes it simple, and step by step directions are clear and concise.

What happened to last years TurboTax Deluxe?

This is the worst experience I have ever had with tax software. I have been using TTDeluxe for years. Looks like I'm through with Turbo Tax.
You really let me down with this "Deductions and Homeowners and it even has Deluxe in small letters in it's name
What's great about it: None that I can see
What's not so great: Won't let me e file

tubo tax program great.
Hate the automated help portion when you call.
I had 2 customer service persons hang up on me.
Finally got someone to assist me. Ruby you are GREAT! She walked me through my problem and 2 minutes later my problem solved!!!

Had problems with this years return. Its deductible had problems. Did your child not qualify for IEP. Was not worded well.

This could have caused many problems if I didn't investigat it first.
What's not so great: the turbo tax at first had a maximum income for children which was not accurate
