Easy and Quick

Love using this product. It automatically imports my information from last year's tax return and its deduction information helps me to get deductions for things I would not have considered.

Pretty easy to use and file

Over all this was, as it has always been, easy to use. It asks all the right questions and basically just lets you fill in the answers based on the questions. I was a little confused by the question and what to answer as far as what to do as my wife passed away last year in April. I am hoping that I provided the proper answer.
What's great about it: Asked all the right questions
What's not so great: A little harder to use this year. Also, didn't like to have to buy the "upgrade" this year.

Excellence

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it just keeps getting better. I feel reassured that my taxes are done properly and are professionally presented. I keep careful records myself, so the completion of the forms is a matter of maybe two hours including double checking everything.
Thank you for this excellent and reassuring product.
What's great about it: Clear path through the entanglements of the IRS system

Overall it was good. Worked on it one day, shut it down at night and had trouble understanding how to open it back up again. Was confused as to why the system had to be 'uninstalled' first.
What's great about it: relatively easy to enter numbers

Yeah Finally a refund

over all a not so nerve racking time done in 2 days just a couple of hours per day Had trouble with unemployment, did not know if you needed to pay State tax on it. Had to call VA unemployment office for answer
What's great about it: easy and quick
What's not so great: some things need more explaination

Should not have to purchase the deluxe just to file itemized deductions as TN does not have a state income tax.
What's great about it: Step by step
What's not so great: having to purchase deluxe to file itemized. TN has no state income

Smoother than a Baby's bum

Started with Parson Technology Edge and Intuit bought them so I started using TT and have been ever since. They are good at what they do cutting the red tape to make it easier for us. I am glad TT is there for us to make filing easier.
What's great about it: Been reliable and easy for 15 years now..
What's not so great: All the government nit picky craziness

Turbo Tax is still No 1

Minor issue: The Missouri Property Tax Credit: Even though selecting 'No' on whether I want to see if I'm eligible, the questions relating to the credit appear AFTER anyway, and that's after selecting NO with regard to taxes paid to another state. Didn't affect my return, but might lead to some confusion.
What's great about it: Easy to manuever on your own or with the software steps
