Sure beats filing manually

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years now, the program becomes more user friendly and easier to use each year. Really like the e-filing feature.
What's great about it: Easy to use

This year the program worked just as well in previous years. I think that my favorite part of doing my taxes is watching the amount of my refund go up. It is better than watching your video poker score go up.
This year, I thought having a "hi-lited' button and the continue button come at the same time. I do not recall that was an issue to me in previous years.

What's great about it: The program was easy to install & manipulate.
What's not so great: The hi-lited buttons and cont. button were confusing.

Doing taxes are made easy with Turbo

I have been doing my taxes and my families taxes with Turbo Tax. I have had referred many people to do their taxes using this software for years.
What's great about it: Step by step procedures are helpful
What's not so great: Make a small mistake, sometimes hard to correct

I guess this was still cheaper than going to a professional. The only downfall for me was not getting the one free state filing that was advertised on the package. Still recommend Turbo Tax for it's no brainer filing.
What's great about it: It was so easy Turbo Tax walks you right through every step.
What's not so great: I was unable to get the 1 free State filing that the package promised. No one to contact for help
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Intuit Worke UP!!!

Having used TurboTax Deluxe for years to file my self employed tax returns, I was very upset with the comments about forms left out of the efile capability of the Deluxe version. When I downloaded this years software, I was fully prepared to campaign for a free upgrade to be able to efile Sch A (I'm now retired). Imagine my surprise when I was able to efile with no problem. Great job Intuit. You heard your customers comments!
What's great about it: Included forms in Delux version previous left out (Schedule C & D)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
