The step by step process makes it easy to follow and you don't miss anything.
What's great about it: Very easily to follow
What's not so great: I hate paying more taxes, not Turbo Tax, great product

As usual this experience has been great, for having to do my taxes without the extra worry or the extra expense of going to an outside tax preparer. Keep up the good work for making my life just that much more worry free.

I like not having to deal with new people trying to push me to sign up for things I don't need.

What's not so great: 1095-A policy number was not accepted. I do not know why.
