Have used TuboTax for several years now, and have no inclination of changing to another software firm. You are guided very carefully along each step.

I've used Turbo Tax for well over a decade and will continue to do so. I've compared other tax return preparation software, and none other compares.
What's great about it: I liked the easy-to-follow steps and guidance videos
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great---AGAIN!

I heard and read about the problems with this year's version of the software, but I found it to be untrue. Thank you for "fixing" it before I bought it and filed my return. Keep doing it right! I have been using Turbo Tax for almost as long as it has been around and plan on keep doing it every year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT 2014 DELUXE. YOU TRIED TO MAKE GOOD WITH A FREE UPGRADE TO PREMIER THAT NEVER MATERIALIZED OR A CREDIT THAT I COULD NOT RETRIEVE SINCE I CHANGED COMPUTERS (EVEN THOUGH I HAVE 2013 LOADED ON THIS COMPUTER). A LOT TO DEAL WITH AFTER I ALREADY BOUGHT MY 2014 TURBO TAX DELUXE. THIS EXPERIENCE OVERSHADOWED THE GOOD EXPERIENCES I HAD WITH TURBO TAX DELUXE THE LAST 20 YRS.

The Best in the Biz

I've been a user of Turbo Tax for like 15+ years. I have tried others for some bird brain reason but nothing compares to the ease of Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: There is no tax software package that can hold a candle to Turbo Tax
What's not so great: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

So Easy!

I never thought I could do my own taxes, it was intimidating to me. My friend talked me into trying it and it was amazingly easy. I'll be using Turbo Tax every year!
What's great about it: Liked how it walked me through step by step - it saved me money!
What's not so great: So far no complaints...
