Even when we had a problem on our side of the computer, intuit helped us get things straightened out and it was an easy filing after that.
What's great about it: It walked me thru every step

I have been using this product for the last 15 years or longer and I also used it when I had my own business. And I wouldn't switch from this product ever. Always correct and easy to file my taxes.

I personally don't know why everybody doesn't use Turbo Tax. If you can read you can do your own taxes. Turbo Tax makes completing you taxes a no-brainer.
What's great about it: Easy, Menu driven, Guaranteed

There is no other product like this, easy to use and it is step by step no matter how difficult your return is.
Job well done!
What's great about it: easy to use and walks you through every single step of the process. Anyone can do it. Just be patient reading each step.

Con--when I printed my finished Illinois state tax return across the pages was printed "do not file form not final." I had to get a copy of the state form from the PO and hand write the data from the turbo tax pages. I kept going through the return and turbo tax said I was ready and there were no mistakes. if you can tell me what's wrong - great. the federal return was flawless. I'll not file for a few weeks.
What's great about it: fast/clear
