Poor directions

No easy way to navigate to form8606. No instructions on how to enter a rollover.
What's great about it: easily transfer last yrs info. able to access turbotax help on phone
What's not so great: Not very intuitive

Quick and easy!

The software was easy to load, quickly loaded updates, and was very easy to work through. Seemed easier than in previous years, even though my return was more complicated
What's great about it: Walked me through ever step of the way
What's not so great: More expensive than others
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Product!

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It is very easy to use, and I know that I will always get the maximum refund. I appreciate the interface with ItsDeductible, as I usually donate household goods each year. I do the taxes for four people in my family, and it's a breeze.
What's great about it: Super easy to use; love the transfer of info from year-to-year

I can't imagine why one would use anything else, unless they are independently wealthy and have all of those strange, uncommon deductions and incomes.

Easy and Fast

I've used TurboTax for the past few years and it's easy. It's hard to justify paying someone to answer the questions TurboTax asks me. This year I was able to e-file my state, too!
I wish there was an option to check a box to "check back later" because I enter the tax information as it comes in the mail.
What's great about it: Search capabilities, helpful hints, easy to understand
What's not so great: I wish there was a book mark or a "check back later" box.

This is the easiest tax preparation software. It is very user friendly and asks things that ordinary people do not think about to help them maximize their deductions.
What's great about it: Walking me through the questions, helped because I did not think of some things it asked me.
What's not so great: Nothing
