It's Just So Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for many years (1) because it is less expensive than going to a Tax Service and (2) because it is so easy to do.
What's great about it: It's so easy making everything so efficient
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Quick and Easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. They have improved their product every year, and this year is no exception. Usually when going through my taxes, there is at least one thing that I have to hit the "more info" button on - and even then I wonder if I understood it correctly...not this year - very easy and quick.
What's great about it: Guides you through every step - no mysteries
What's not so great: Got a little lost at the Its Deductible Step

I have used Turbo Tax for years and done ours and the kids returns and found it simple and never had a problem.
What's great about it: Excellent
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Mostly happy, just one little catch

Enjoy using product. Easy to follow instructions and felt comfortable with thoroughness of entry and reporting. Only disappointment was that supposedly my copy of Turbo Tax was supposed to offer one free state return and it still charged me to file that state return...even though I stated I wanted to use my one time free state return offered.
What's great about it: easy, simple to follow, detailed explainations
What's not so great: still charged me for state return

Quick and easy

First time user and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy it was to get all data loaded and forms completed.
Took about an hour to file fed and state forms, data was verified and tripled checked before it was sent.
