good refund

the price is starting to get to high
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: all the questions that did not pertain to me, getting pricey
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Taxes

This was by far the easiest Turbo tax to use. I have used it now for approximately 18 years or longer.

TurboTax did a very good job leading me through the process but anytime I needed additional help I clicked on the more button. The writing was WAY TOO SMALL.
What's not so great: Help screens (More) were written so small I had a lot of trouble reading them.

2014 Tax Return Product

I found the product to be easy to use and reliable. The prompts were clear and on at least one occasion reminded me of a missed deduction which returned more of my paid taxes to me. Thank you for a good product.
What's great about it: Ease of Use and access to past records
What's not so great: None experienced.

Good Product, but....

Convient, very easy to use and walks you through every step. Good explaining what each area is asking for. But, expensive to file state return. Costs twice what others charge, let alone there are ways to efile state for free. That just seemed cheap to me. Not good for those of us retired and on a fixed income.
