I feel that paying for the software is money enough and then to have to pay to file is ridiculous. Online filing should be free. I don't understand why they charge so much.....seems like double paying to file taxes.
What's great about it: Took less time to do this year
What's not so great: Filing fees are too much

Turbo Tax Delux

I understand cost of doing business but competition is growing. Deluxe does not include stock sale, meaning premier is required, where tax act is included in cheaper price

EASY REFUND

It would be helpful if the change over when filing for married couples was on a separate page. this is for spouse page for his/her income. Where you enter the 1099 R's.
Also I was concerned where I would be able to put my Medicare cost as I am not drawing SS.
Otherwise I found it very easy to fill out

Just keep up the great work. Best version yet and I have been using TurboTax since 1993.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, breezed right threw it.

One small hicough, but customer support was good

Well done. Everything we needed for our uncomplicated return and little we did not. The efile glitch was merely a question about TTax subbing in a DIFFERENT PIN than what the IRS gave me on its web site, AFTER I had already entered the current IRS PIN.
I called customer support to clarify what I needed to do: re-enter the PIN given me by the IRS or accept the _different_ PIN TTax overwrote it with. I got a definitive answer, submitted the efile and all seems to be well.
Kudos to customer service.
What's great about it: Easy and thorough, right up to an efile glitch
What's not so great: minor efile glitch

Overall as simple as it gets. Its never fun, but you are guided through each category of income and deduction with a good result. On line questions and answers are available as needed.

This was by far the easiest Turbo Tax to complete. The instructions were great and the carryover info from past years went smoothly. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone.

Maximized my Refund
