Once i have my info in it is great from year to year. My only problem is when i get a new lap top have to put all info in by hand. As i have no idea how to switch old info to new laptop.
What's great about it: Been using turbo for years love it.
What's not so great: I ain't no pc wiz do not know how to take old info from one lap top and switch it to a new one .

If your life is simple, Turbo Tax is the best. Being able to transfer the info from previous year forms saves so much time.
What's great about it: Does what it should without wasting time.

Been using you for sevral years. Most of the time it has been easy. Some questions are hard to answer, bu ny the questiobns asked I dont have to answer them.

There are many features that I probably won't use, but interesting.
I never got the credit score to work, even after reviewing the data in my annual credit report from all credit reporting sites.

Problems with State filing

Software never changes. You still have to page down through the income and deductions lists instead of picking up where you left off. Limited explanations on most items, were written by people who already understand the tax code, not the average Joe who uses the software.
What's not so great: State forms for filing were marked "Do Not File", "Forms Not Complete" on the state forms, Federal forms were fine.
