If only life were so simple!

I really enjoyed the simplicity and ease of this software! I have been using it for many years (first got it on a floppy disk!) I tried going to a "professional" one year and after paying them I got a smaller refund! Thank you Intuit! I use Quicken to handle my finances and TurboTax to handle my taxes!
What's great about it: Easy to follow prompts, guides to missed opportunities, and helped correct my mistakes!
What's not so great: I had no dislikes great software!

Problem with IRS and their PINs this year. Their site is not up to date. They caused to many problems this year.
What's great about it: Been good for 20+ years.

Please, No Surprises!

Good and accurate software. Just wish they wouldn't cut services included in the program without full disclosure prior to release. Also wish they would put the in program help video's back into the software package.
What's great about it: Quick and easy with file transfer from last year's return!
What's not so great: No in program help video's anymore.

What's great about it: Most everything was easy and quick to do
What's not so great: Some items kept showing up even though last year I told you they no longer applied and they made it confusing

I have used TurboTax for several years and wouldn't prepare my taxes any other way. I am confident that the returns are correct and all special situations are handled properly.
What's great about it: Love the ease and informative use.
What's not so great: Can't think of one.

Easy as pie

I have used TurboTax for years now, and it's as easy as can be. The level of detail on each step gives you the confidence that all information is gathered and entered correctly, and thus maximizes your refund.
What's great about it: Step by step walk through makes comfort level high
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved
