Easiest way to get lots of money back!

I was able to do my taxes which can get complicated in less that 1 hour. I was also able to call their tax experts for advise on a custody/child support question that came up to make sure I was doing it correctly. Overall, Turbo Tax is awesome and I will continue using it as long as it's available!!!
What's great about it: it's easy quick and I don't have to know any tax laws
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I feel I was miss led when I purchased Tubo Tax because of the state e-filing. I understood I got one "free " filing but it did not happening
Loading of last years info is very helpful
What's great about it: Seems tio cover everything Not difficult
What's not so great: I understood I got one free state filing when I purchased. Did not happen

Great tax product
Very easy to complete
easy to attain explanations
confidence of return
my return is relatively simple this year but in past had purchased and sold investments, ie straddles, etc. and this software walked me right through the process, and I felt comfortable about the accuracy of the process

It took less that 1.5 hours to get through and sent off. Refund was right where I expected it to be.
