Excellent Program

I have been using turbo tax for over 14 years, I would file under my parents program to current day and I still continue to use it presently. I trust this program and I have not had any issues with the IRS questioning past returns. The ease and use of functionality makes this the best do it yourself tax program available. Very good Job Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: The ease of the programs walkthrough,every area being clear and concise
What's not so great: No Cons

What's great about it: First time homebuyer and it was very simple and easy to find information I needed.

This program helps keep the anxiety at a very low level and stops temper tantrums being thrown by me.
What's great about it: It makes all the calculations for ou and helps with all the forms.

Supremely Simple

It gives you confidence in the return and it makes even the IRS system simple.
What's great about it: very fast, comprehensive and simple
What's not so great: slightly cumbersome moving around, but not enough to complain

TurboTax Deluxe

TurboTax loaded and ran perfectly during the first session. Unfortunately, TurboTax would not restart at a later date because the updater kept shutting the program down with no prompts to reboot or anything. After I finally did get TurboTax to load it locked up several times while finishing my taxes. I have used TurboTax for many years and have never had this problem before. I am running Windows 7.
What's great about it: Easy and straight forward to use.
What's not so great: The TurboTax Updater kept loading when I tried to restart the program at a later time and would not let TurboTax start.

My 30th Year Loving TurboTax

It may be because I've never used any other tax software -- never saw any reason to try another -- but I love TurboTax! In 30 years, I've never had a problem using the software and it's been unfailingly reliable in producing error-free tax returns. The one year I made a mistake, TurboTax made it really easy to file amended returns. This software is as close as it comes to perfect.
What's great about it: Works flawlessly
