I have been using this software for the last 11 years at least and I don't plan on ever using anything else. It makes otherwise complicated things clear and easy enough to understand and I feel confident about answers given. Love it!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax since the '90s

I've been using TT for years. Switched one yr for a free version of H&R Block one yr and regretted doing so. I'd rather pay for TT than use any other tax filing software.
What's great about it: Walkthroughs/guides
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Disappointed

Got lost with adding 1099s in the income section. Had to go back and manually add them in myself. It's somewhat confusing how you have it setup! Didn't run into this problem on previous TurboTax programs.
What's not so great: Very confusing with adding 1099 form

I have used TurboTax every year for many, many years and I still love it. It makes this job very simple.
What's great about it: The wizards work well and the supporting info is clear

Overall TurboTax is a very convenient way to file your taxes and I highly recommend it!
What's great about it: I liked having my personal info and W2 info imported...saves lots of time!
What's not so great: Don't like paying for filing state taxes

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years now. I have never had an issue or problem. I have turned many friends on to TurboTax and they are pleased as well.
What's great about it: Very detail oriented
What's not so great: nothing

Fast and easy!

I use Turbo Tax every year. Love that my info transfers and all I need to do is plug in my new numbers and I'm done. E filing makes getting my refund quick and easy.
What's great about it: super fast, step by step questions guide the whole process
