Awesome Experience

Very easy to file your taxes by using the step-by-step questions. Quick and accurate to help you get the most money back.
What's great about it: The questions walk you through every deduction to help you get everything that you are entitiled to.

Refund functional, disappointed in price point

There are more economical return options available and I have discussed with friends and colleagues and for a relatively non-complex return, the cost to purchase turbotax and to e-file a state return seemed high by comparison to the competitor offers. As my return was not very complex, I would consider using a different service next year even in dealing with the hassle of switching related to familiarity and informational transfer.
What's great about it: Functional, easy to navigate, liked the audit feature

Okay software

Had a little trouble with data entry. Even after entering in data thru the forms wizard, I still ended up having to check boxes in manually on some of the forms....
What's great about it: Generally simple to use
What's not so great: Odd quirks with entering data
