Great product, even if you don't itemize

This is the last year we will try to itemize, since I'm retired, and mortgage is paid off. However, we will continue to purchase at least the Basic version of TurboTax until my wife retires, just to electronically file for refund and to navigate through [un]Affordable Care Act implications.
What's great about it: Really appreciated TT's handling of Healthcare forms!
What's not so great: Difficult, non-intuitive path to saving a PDF to email for review
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Made It Easy

Simple and easy to use. I just have it take me through everything and answer the questions and it takes care of the rest.
What's great about it: Just follow and answer the questions it does the rest.
What's not so great: Don't know of any.

really liked the end where it showed my chance of getting audited . I've never been audited in 60 years but I've heard many horrible stories.

What's not so great: The online version of It's Deductible would not let me remove or add charities from 2013

Simple for Non Expert

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 21 years now and it is so simple for a construction worker with a wife, children and home to get the job done, get the best possible outcome and be assured everything has been covered. With the step by step guidance I don't have to be an expert to feel confident I have covered it and got it right.

What's great about it: Step by step walks you through so you don't have to be an expert and yet you cover all the bases.
What's not so great: Updates slow with Modem, so went to library for high speed.

I have used Turbo Tax for about the past 8 years to do my taxes and if it wasn't good or easy I would definatley stop using it.
What's great about it: Love the entire process. Very easy and to the point.
