it was 2 easy

when I used turbo tax deluxe I thought it would be difficult. when the computer said that we were ready to file, I thought that this is too easy. I went through the entire program again to make sure i didn't miss something. it came out the same. It was simple to use, helpful when I had questions, and accurate. Thank you for the positive experience of doing the taxes this year!
What's great about it: very simple to answer the questions
What's not so great: i didn't understand every question completely

Simple straight-forward process

Turbo-tax makes filing my taxes an easy task
I start my return early in January and add information as I receive my tax documents. By the end of January, my return is ready for final review and filing!
Couldn't be easier (unless I didn't have to file at all)

So Easy!

I am terrible with numbers and TurboTax made it so easy. I had one question and was able to talk to a tax expert who researched my question and gave me an answer!
What's great about it: Only have to put in the information and TurboTax does the rest!

Tax Help

For 2011 I was audited. The IRS said I owed over $400. I had signed up with Audit Defense. Audit Defense did all the work, contacted the IRS and submitted all the required documents. Because I had Audit Defense, I never had to pay a dollar to the IRS. Pay for Audit Defense now and don't worry later.

What's not so great: Finding Password

Overall very satisfied with the product. Have used Turbo Tax for the past 5 years. Will continue to use the product in the future.
What's great about it: Walked us through each step.
What's not so great: One portion when it came to the second state questions was not clear.
