EASY again!!

Even with all the Federal ACA hoops to jump through, this program really clarified things for me and made it easy for me to get everything entered. I feel confident that my return is correct and gets me the most tax dollars back. Thanks again TurboTax!

when navigating through the step-by-step menus, it would be handy if, when done with a section, you would return to the next item instead of always going back to the beginning of the steps.
Also, when going though itemized charitable deductions, make it alphabetical. Much easier to enter from my personal records.

State (Ohio) information is very confusing when it comes to subsidized and unsubsidized health insurance. Also, no place to enter out of pocket medical expenses. I know that ObamaCare has made a mess out of filing income tax and out of the health care system in general. However, I'm still not clear on the subsidized/unsubsidized issue - then the employer pays for the employee only and the employee then picks up the tab for his or her dependents.

I truly like using Turbo Tax. The step by step interview process is very easy to use. I like being able to go to forms to see where the information would be located on the tax forms. I've tried order products and they are to confusing.
I'm a returning customer since 1996. Please keep up the good work that you do.
What's great about it: I like the step by step process and be able to all to forms to see where the subjects are located.
What's not so great: None at this time.

This was my very first time doing my federal and state taxes on my own and it was so easy with TurboTax. I was nervous that I would make a mistake but TurboTax walks you through each step.
What's great about it: Easy to use
