Lack of quality - why so many script errors?

This is the third year where there have been issues or flat out bugs in the state return process. I received at least four instances (federal and state) where something in Turbo Tax generated script errors and I was given the choice of "Ignore" or "stop". What is the correct answer? I saved, closed Turbo Tax and rebooted my machine only get the same issues again. I'm running the latest everything. It's just low quality on the part of Turbo Tax.
I was happy to see they resolved the issue where MN stopped accepting Turbo Tax efiles.
What's great about it: Brings in my data from last year
What's not so great: State returns lack quality - several issues

Difficult Year

I love doing my taxes on Turbo Tax and each year have found this to be the most efficient way (fastest and least expensive) way for me to file. But this year, the calculations for business expenses were VERY confusing to the point where I chose to forego this option of my deductions. This may be a Federal Tax form issue, but usually Turbo Tax has made difficult issues easier and this year was not the case.
What's great about it: Most of the info easily input

Awesome Process!

Other than the con mentioned, I enjoy filing every year with Turbotax. I have filed with Turbotax for 8 years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: couldn't find a way to delete old forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very Good

Other than the 'con' above, the program is straightforward and intuitive to use. We have used it for a long time and it continues to be very easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Doesn't clearly handle 'taxable amount not determined' info on 1099

I feel confident every year that I have to file that it has been filed accurately. I have used TurboTax for many years and can say that I have never been disappointed.

Maximized my refund money

Have been using this produce for several years. While tax time is no fun, this product makes it easy to go thru the process. Inspires confidence in the user that nothing is missed and makes filing a snap.
What's great about it: Very user friendly, inspires confidence that nothing is missed, easy process

Disapointed this year

I have used Turbo Tax for years but I am really disappointed with this years. It is really slow and when I bought Turbo Tax Deluxe and unlike last year it did not have the free state and I had to buy it. Changed too much and need to go back to last years Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: e-filing easy
